2019 Murals on Frandor!

Art in the Wild is creating a new outdoor art mural series and requesting proposals of original, already completed two dimensional works that will be photographed and used as digital high-definition images adhered to exterior walls surrounding Ranney Park and the Red Cedar Park for the purpose of promoting clean water.

Art in the Wild shall assume all costs of high definition digital reproduction and professional installation of the selected artwork using a removable 3M product. These murals are capable of adhering to and remaining in place in good condition on external wall surfaces for 1-4 years.

Contribute artwork (between formal “Requests for Proposals”) by emailing an image of your artwork to Melody Angel at The artwork selection committee will monthly evaluate this artwork. If it is an attractive piece of artwork appropriate for public display, we will print it as a 8 1/2” x 11” glossy print and include it in our “Mural Potentials Portfolio”. We will then have this Portfolio available for Sponsors to review. When a Sponsor chooses a submitted artwork, we will then contact the artist to see if the artwork is still available to be photographed. We will sign an artwork licensing agreement with the artist and will pay the artist a $200 honorarium. Then another “Murals on Frandor” will be born!

Please note we are not able to accept photographs as artwork submissions.
